Algonomics initiated several collaborations regarding vaccine development, therapeutic peptide discovery, and the immunoprofiling of therapeutic proteins. These collaborations include:

4-Antibody AG: 4-Antibody AG has access to Epibase® technology for T-cell epitope identification.
   
Ablynx NV: Ablynx and Algonomics have a research collaboration regarding the selection of antibody-derived peptide leads.
   
Alligator Bioscience: Alligator Bioscience AB addresses immunogenicity with Epibase® to maximally reduce immunogenicity upon optimization of protein therapeutics with Alligator's proprietary ssDNA recombination technology FIND®.
   
BAC: BAC bv has access to Algonomics' structural bioinformatics platform.
   
Bayer CropScience: Algonomics has entered into a research collaboration with Bayer CropScience involving protein engineering and enzyme substrate modification.
